Had an awesome trip with friends! The location near Hakata Station is perfect for exploring Dazaifu Tenmangu and the stunning Ohori Park. We loved the Japanese and Western breakfast selection, and the daily housekeeping was a great touch.
One issue was the central air-conditioning control, which made it a bit stuffy at times, but overall, it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Family friendly location, lots of food options
The location was perfect, right steps from the station. There were numerous food shops surrounding the hotel, including a Daiso just across, made it easy to grab snacks or souvenirs anytime.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the convenience and space, it was still acceptable.

Great location right by the Chikushi Entrance of Hakata Station, making access to transport a breeze. The breakfast buffet includes a good spread with items like a delicious mentai egg omelette.
Room furnishings carry a dated vibe, with elements that feel like they haven't been updated since the 70s. Hallways often have a stale odor, possibly from the pachinko parlor below, which detracts from the overall experience. A significant concern is the lack of in-room safes and the public access to guest room floors from the basement carpark, which raises security issues. The centrally controlled air conditioning can't be adjusted, leaving the room feeling stuffy at times.

Great spot near Hakata Station!
The location is super convenient right by Hakata Station. Room was comfy for us three, but it felt a bit old and could use a refresh. Breakfast was tasty, just wish it started earlier for our airport run. And the lift access felt a bit sketchy since anyone could get to the floors easily.
